Other Voices

An Opportunity to Be Realized

Diversity and inclusion aren’t problems to solve. Instead, they are opportunities to bring about equitable change and serve as a powerful source of creativity and innovation. Be part of that change with Other Voices.

What is Other Voices?

Other Voices Diversity Leadership is our signature diversity, equity and inclusion program. This community-building curriculum brings together individuals from all life experiences to engage in frank and open dialogue to build insight and understanding of the roots of prejudice.

The program runs from September through April. Anyone can apply.

Other Voices Executive Program

Designed to rally the business community, the Other Voices Executive Program helps advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace by bringing together CEOs and C-Suite executives in Guilford County to leverage their individual and collective voices for positive change.

The program is offered twice a year. Open to applicants in management positions.

Change Agent Award

Awarded annually, the Change Agent Award recognizes and rewards community members who go above and beyond in their civic and service-oriented work to create a more equitable community.

Ideal candidates serve out of a personal mission to be inclusive change agents and empower others, process facilitators, and understand and use the power of vision.
