ABOUT
Excel Staffing is a nurse staffing agency. We contract with nursing home facilities throughout the Southeast to help them with their staffing needs. Whether these facilities have holes in their schedule, or are just in need of some extra people to work in their facilities we are there to help them. We contract with Certified Nursing Assistant’s, Licensed Practical Nurse’s, and Registered Nurses.
WHY GREENSBORO?
Excel Staffing is a 3rd generation company. It was started in 1992 by Frederick Tolin, and is continued by David and Erika Tolin. We are celebrating our ’30 years in service’ anniversary all year! Frederick moved to Greensboro in 1964 and we have never left. We love Greensboro and think it is the best place to live, and to watch our company succeed. We think Greensboro is the best place for our company since it is centrally located in North Carolina. Greensboro is also a great location to expand our business throughout the Southeast.
HOW ARE YOU GROWING?
Excel Staffing has been working through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have seen a huge rise for the need of CNA’s and Nurse’s to work in these facilities. However, we could always use more healthcare professionals! We are happy to be offering sign-on and referral bonuses. We also love our perfect attendance bonus as well as COVID-19 increase payment when working with COVID positive residents.
