Impact: Action Learning Projects
Action Learning Projects
Leadership Greensboro classes participate in community-based, team learning projects as part of the graduation requirement. Participants work together and partner with nonprofit organizations to impact not only the missions of those organizations, but the community as a whole. For our leaders from diverse industries, the projects also provide a group learning experience in addressing a community need, an opportunity to apply new leadership capabilities toward a greater Greensboro, an opportunity to foster collaborative experiences with community partners, and exposure to broad community challenges. Leadership Greensboro classes are actively involved in making Greensboro even better!
