Who Can Enroll
Carolina HealthWorks is available to all Greensboro Chamber of Commerce members who meet the following criteria:

• Your business has between 2 and 50 eligible employees
• Your business is headquartered in North Carolina
• You are a current member of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce

(Note: Businesses with two employees qualify only if the second employee is a non-spouse employee, as required by law.)

As part of your Greensboro Chamber membership, you can access Carolina HealthWorks right here in our community, without joining any additional organizations.

Your Simple Step-by-Step Guide

1. Confirm your Chamber membership. We’ll provide you with a verification form from the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.
2. Contact your Blue Cross and Blue Shield NC broker for a quote. A list of local brokers will be available soon.
3. Get coverage details and start saving.

If your business does not currently have a Blue Cross and Blue Shield NC policy, reach out to a licensed Blue Cross NC agent who can guide you through the process and provide a quote for your business. You can also contact the Greensboro Chamber for help connecting with a participating agent.
