Jasmine Beard
AJOY Consulting, LLC
A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Jasmine Beard grew up with a large family in humble beginnings and often used her imagination to guide her in accomplishing tough goals and escape from the mundane routine of reality. This challenge and drive for bringing dreams to realization was Jasmine’s way of minimizing society’s control or influence on her destiny. Jasmine achieved self-taught fluency in Spanish by the age of 16, and furthered her language fluency in Portuguese and French by her junior year in college at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs & Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and she also studied Macroeconomics and Business Administration in Curitiba, Brazil.
Working since the age of 16, Jasmine has over 18 years of experience in project management, customer experience and sales. After obtaining her degrees, Jasmine was selected to participate in the highly competitive Volvo Group International Graduate Program. During her five-and-a-half-year tenure at Volvo Group she was promoted four times yielding certifications in Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt, Customer Experience Management, Dale Carnegie Leadership for Management and acceptance into the Volvo Group Emerging Leaders program.
