Jenni Broyles
Vice President / General Manager for Wrangler, Modern Lifestyle
Jenni Broyles is a Vice President & General Manager for Wrangler. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Wrangler business for the Modern consumer lifestyle which includes financial ownership, setting long and short-term business strategy, cross-functional team leadership and line planning. Broyles and her team are working to expand the breadth of the Wrangler brand into this new lifestyle territory that allows the brand to reach new consumers in new channels of distribution. The Modern lifestyle she leads spans both male and female lifestyle products available in department stores, specialty stores, and boutiques.
Prior to this role, Broyles served as the Brand Marketing Director for Wrangler and Lee Riders from 2014 – 2017 where she oversaw all brand marketing activities for the male and female mass brands. These activities included strategy development, media planning, advertising development and Public Relations for VF Jeanswear’s casual apparel in Walmart, Kmart, Target, and Amazon. She has been with VF Corporation and the Wrangler brand since 2005 serving in roles across Brand Marketing and Merchandising.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & General Business from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she graduated as the Top Academic Graduate for the College of Communications. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee where she graduated with the Top MBA Leadership Award.
Broyles is married with 2 children and spends her time on the board of the Second Harvest Food Bank, as an active member of Friendly Avenue Baptist Church and a big supporter of both sports and arts in Greensboro.
