Although new to the world of professional sports, Susan Ormond is no stranger to providing quality entertainment in the Triad. As the Rockers Director of Ticket Sales, Susan is in charge of developing various ticket plans, including group outings and season ticket perks. Previously, she spent five years at Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe Water Park helping thousands enjoy their summers. Susan is originally from Ohio, attended college in Kentucky and has lived in the Triad since 2000.

Tom was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. He attended St. Pete College and Eckerd College. In 1991, Tom and his wife Ann moved to Greensboro, NC. In 2000, Tom began his travel career, and this year 2020, he and Ann celebrated their 55-year wedding anniversary
