Unlike other customer relationship management systems, HaystackCRM started with the development of the mobile apps before adding the web interface. HaystackCRM has modern and simple user interfaces, industry-leading customer experience and giving users the right information where they need it, on their phone, tablet, and desktop.

HaystackCRM is based in Greensboro and all their software development is done here. Keir Davis started HaystackCRM to use in his local software company, Xtern Software. “The fact that we built our CRM because we needed it makes us different from a lot of companies. Keir graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Science from UNCG. Other employees also have roots in the area, with degrees from UNCG, NC A&T, and Elon. Before starting HaystackCRM, Keir Davis founded Xtern Software as a company that developed custom B2B software, architecting enterprise-level solutions.
